The Space:
Unwind and relax or rely on this as your home base while you discover all that Austin has in store.. The space is perfect for work from home days with high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 standing desks and monitor connections. Each bedroom upstairs has it's own private ensuite bathroom and spacious closet.
Guest Access:
Austin's unique neighborhood had this home at the back of a shared lot. Because it is set back guests have private access to the 2-3 car driveway and a quaint backyard. We are a pet friendly home but ask that your furry one is house trained! Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
The Neighborhood:
East Austin is arguably the most up and coming neighborhood in the downtown area. Gentrification is seen on every corner, the mix and old and new truly gives it so much character. East 6th or 12th street are fantastic spot with local bars and food.
Getting Around:
Walking distance from Varacruz Tacos (some of the best), Fleet Coffee and more!
Enjoy hopping straight onto the Boggy Creek Greenbelt less than 1/4 mile from the home.
EV charging station less than 1 mile away.
Downtown Austin 3 miles away.

- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- There is an exterior camera present on the property entrance for security purposes only.
HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
