HOUSE LIMITATIONS

We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our Boho Chic Parker Pad is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.


MAIN HOUSE

The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV which offers cable + streaming. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light in and offers views of the pool and hot tub.


KITCHEN

The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 8.


MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and double sofa-bed. There are also 3 full bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor.  


GUEST HOUSE 

The detached guest house, located behind the pool, offers a spacious secondary living space perfect for multiple families or corporate groups traveling together. The kitchen, dining and living areas are located on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, are on the second level.

LOCATION

Not only is this home full of amenities, but it's also perfectly located for the ultimate Austin adventure. Just 5 minutes from downtown Austin and 10 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading!


THINGS TO NOTE

1) Our Boho Chic Parker Pad is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.

2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.

4) Pets are NOT permitted

5) The driveway is steep but 2-3 cars can park in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available

6) The pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $150 / day.

7) There is currently construction going on at the property immediately to the left of us.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. 

We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we're available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

All GuestSpaces rentals follow local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and cleaning fees. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
