With 5 "modern Texan" decorated bedrooms and 2 baths (both featuring double vanities), this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, including a premium sleeper sofas and queen blow-up mattress for extra flexibility. We have two indoor living areas for larger groups to enjoy together or with privacy, perfect for vacationing families, couples, wedding parties, wine weekends, bachelorette celebrations, and group getaways. The back deck offers a large dining table, semi-covered spa / grill and seating.

We also offer extra amenity services like onsite massage, private chefs, grocery delivery, propane delivery, boat rental, etc through our HostCo store. We can connect you with 3rd party services that are vetted by HostCo.

We require a short rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be supervised or crated, and we kindly ask they do not get on the beds or furniture.
