VILLA PRIMAVERA - SYRACUSE AREA

Located on the east coast of Sicily in the Syracuse area, Villa Primavera is a lovely seafront property with a private swimming pool and private access to the rocky coastline and the sea. The villa is just a stone’s throw from the sea and close to shops, banks and restaurants. The town of Augusta is nearby (3.2 km) and the charming fishing villa of Brucoli is within a short driving distance.

The villa is great for exploring south-east Sicily: from Syracuse, Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli to Catania, Taormina and Etna Park.

The villa is composed of a large living/dining room (with sofas, fireplace, dining table and chairs), a well-equipped kitchen, a study (with desk) and guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large well-kept garden with private swimming pool (12 m x 3 m; depth 1.2 m; open from 01/01 – 31/12), sun terrace (with sun loungers) and outdoor shower. You will also find a lawn and well-equipped terraces (with an outdoor eating area and lounge space). There are also two accesses to a rocky beach, but only one is recommended where a short walk (10 m) leads you to a staircase in the rocks that takes you to the cove. Rock shoes are recommended and in the villa, there are rubber mats available for guests.
