Great property. Didn't realize the listing was for a basement turned apartment set up, with the host upstairs. The listing could perhaps be more direct with that detail, but it wasn't a problem, just surprising. Otherwise, exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable and a good location.

I stayed here during my sonā€™s AAU tournament and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect and our host went out his way several times to make sure we were comfortable. He even brought my Walmart delivery in after a very long day at the gym. I pray this place is open every year weā€™re here for this tournament.

This is a fantastic bottom level apartment style place

The pictures donā€™t do it justice. Itā€™s in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The rooms are really amazing, each with sitting area, tv, fridges and microwaves. The living room is probably the best Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Very private with separate entrance. Just awesome! I stayed for almost 2 weeks and would absolutely stay again.

Exquisite, clean and great location

Enjoyed our stay, the owner lives on premises and immediately available. This was a sister trip so, worked for us. Hard to imagine intimate privacy with a spouse since itā€™s connected to the upstairs by a locked ā€œartistic barn door.ā€ Adam designed this as a perfect relaxing, retreat space. Kudos to the maid! Not a dust particle! Thank you for the opportunity to stay! See you again sometime.

The accommodations were beautiful and really comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed the recliners! Great location and easy to get to everything that Augusta has to offer. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful. My husband and I would definitely stay again!

Great Stay While In Town For Work

A coworker and I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for work. We really enjoyed the stay and it was much better than being in a hotel room for 3 nights. The large TV and recliners were are plus for watching the Super Bowl. The host called prior to arrival to ensure we knew that he stayed upstairs. I was aware of this since it is in the listing but very professional of him to call and make sure we were aware. The way itā€™s set up with its own entrance and having the entire downstairs made it feel as if we had the entire place to ourselves. Will definitely book here again when in Augusta. Also, very close to Augusta National.

Weekend for Hurricane Helene Trail relief

My friend and I stayed two nights. We were busy during the day working at the FATS trail system to get trees off the trails. The place was a great haven to relax in after a long day of work. Extremely clean, well appointed and perfect for two people who don't share a room. It could accommodate 4 if you dont mind sharing a bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, owners were upstairs but barely heard them.The big TV and recliners were awesome!

Not that private

Overall it was ok. It was clean. But the property owner does Have a dog walking up and down the stairs all time of day and night. It can be heard it all times of night . As well as I Could hear the dog whining often throughout the night and day which was annoying. The owner Didnā€™t mention that in his listing. Also there was No soap in bathroom. Additionally, the owner Didnā€™t mention he would be staying here while I was there. I think thatā€™s weird because you can hear him loudly walking upstairs while heā€™s there. He has a microwave but no kitchen. My suggestion is put your guest UPSTAIRS so we donā€™t have to hear your footsteps. Itā€™s your house so you can handle the squeaking floors. Some of us canā€™t. Bottom line THIS DID NOT HAVE THE FEEL OF PRIVACY!! Lastly his Televisions seem to be good for streaming but not for watching regular channels. Couldnā€™t watch football on either his Roku tv or the big tv with 3 remotes šŸ™„. Shouldā€™ve left instructions how to work that large tv with all those remotes.
