"This location was a last minute replacement for another rental that backed out. The host was responsive from the start. The home was clean and the home had everything we needed! We had three couples stay and each of us had our own bathroom. We all really enjoyed the experience. The pool was a nice respite on hot afternoons. I highly recommend this location!!"

"We stayed here to see my 87 year old granny for the weekend its less than a mile from her home and shopping. It was easy to access, clean, quiet, had netflix, always hot water, cosy beds, the host was kind and available with communication. Deffinatley a great stay"

"House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom...

"We enjoyed our stay! The public beach was across the lake from the house, and it was a little noisy (completely understandable, just unexpected). We enjoyed fishing from the dock & hiking some nearby trails!"

"Husband and I spent a quick weekend gateway - the property was beautiful and the old farmhouse absolutely gorgeous. The host was friendly and made check in and out seamless as possible. We will definitely be back! "

"This was our second time staying at the historical home. This year we had 10 people, last year we had 17 total! There is plenty of space for our family and we love all of the charm and character. The owners are super nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back again! "

"I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and welcoming! The only downside was the area. I wouldn't leave after dark with the kids. The outer area is skeptical. This would not...

"Easy to find, easy to access, excellent view of Lake Malone. House was very comfortable with all the amenities you could want."

"The property was even better than we had hoped. The spaciousness of the first floor was wonderful for 7 adults and 3 young children. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sitting on the deck overlooking the the wooded area was a perfect way to end each day. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the game room in the barn. Jonny was always quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating of all requests. We would stay here again if we are in the area. "

"Eight16 was the perfect spot for our group of ten adults and three kids. It’s beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The layout is great in that even with a big group, there’s places to go to get some social recharge. The beds were supremely comfortable. Chatting to the host was a delight. Seriously, the only negative I can think of was the lack of closet space. But aside from that 10/10. "

"We were extremely impressed with the house. It is 4 bed, 3 baths with two of the rooms being master suites with their own bath and walk-in closet. The Great room area had a combined living room and dining area with plenty of room to accommodate friends who visited. We had 30 people from our Corvette Group in Bowling Green at the National Corvette Museum for their 30th Anniversary Corvette Caravan. The house was only 7 min. from the Corvette museum so it was very convenient for us to go from the...

"Love to the location. Needed to stay near the courthouse and this was perfect. House was comfortable. The master bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. There were dried contact lenses in the guest room both on top of the dresser as well as in the top drawer of the nightstand. I could understand how someone cleaning would miss looking in the drawer, but one was sitting directly on top of the dresser which means there wasn't looked at or wiped down! Other than that it was a great stay."

"This nice apartment is a great walking distance from downtown Bowling Green with restaurants and fun nearby. Overall it was clean but kitchen minimally appointed and no hairdryer or soap. Minor details but still a good rent for the money. "

"The property was good overall, however I have two complaints one there were nails sticking out of the carpet on the steps that my 4 year old found by stepping on them which in turn caused her foot to bleed. And dog poop in the backyard. "
