The house is located at 614 Central Ave. OCNJ- 4 short blocks from the beach.
We are located on the second floor.

This beautiful property is sure to please, located in the heart of Ocean City's Historic downtown. This phenomenal location is just blocks from the beach, boardwalk, mini golf, rides and the music pier. The downtown Asbury Ave shops and restaurants are literally one block right behind you. Enjoy everything ocean city has to offer without having to drive anywhere.
This well-appointed home has beautiful hardwood floors though out, a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a beverage fridge in the kitchen, so you'll always have a cold one to enjoy after a hot day on the beach.
We have 10 seasonal beach tags, 8 beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella so you can enjoy the beach all day long without having to overload your car on the way here.

Don't feel like going out to dinner? We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a weber BBQ grill for your convenience. Want to dine al fresco? Eat out on our covered patio and enjoy the fresh summer breeze while enjoying a relaxing dinner. But save room for dessert, because up on the boardwalk you'll find all kinds of goodies, like ice cream, funnel cake, monkey bread...all just a few short blocks away.
This Downtown beauty is sure to please.

Property manager responsive. Downstairs neighbors friendly. Appreciated beach chairs etc. for the price linens should have been provided. It was end of season so furniture and carpets had seen a lot of traffic.

The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The balcony is a nice outdoor space, and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to shops, the grocery store and a playground for the kids.

Three generations - age 1 - 75 years - had a wonderful Ocean City vacation here. This rental was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The stairs up to the second floor entry were a bit challenging for one family member. But everything else worked beautifully for the families. The property manager was helpful and responsive.

We had a quick 2 night visit and the place did not disappoint! The kitchen and dining room area is open and gorgeous. We loved the cozy and private balcony area. The rooms were a nice size with lots of beds to choose from! The beach chairs were in great shape. The owner was very friendly and quick with responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very communicative once we arrived, and very accommodating for our needs. The house itself is stellar and clean, plenty of space (we were a party of 8), within a relaxed community. Thereā€™s an absolutely wonderful cafe just on the other side of the street (Jon and Pattyā€™s) with two stories and great coffee. I didnā€™t want to leave! And when they say the house is fully stocked, they definitely mean it. Canā€™t wait to come back someday!

Wonderful time together with family, allowing us to share the beach for the first time with our Midwest family.We were a party of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and two infants. Was a lovely property and suited our needs perfectly for our short stay. With more adults or a longer stay we could have gotten underfoot. Maneuvering around the dining room table and outdoor patio table was at times a little tight. Was wonderful to have the beach chairs, the cart and umbrella. The outdoor shower was nice although we could only get hot water so a little difficult to rinse off our youngest members. Not sure if it was meant to be that way or not. Nozzle broken off the hose but certainly still usable. Could have used a few more towel rods in the bathrooms. Minor things in the grand scheme. All said it was a lovely place for our family to gather. Thank you for sharing your property and providing us with memories for years to come!

Property was super clean and well equipped. Property has a beach cart, beach chairs and boogie boards in case you donā€™t bring your own. Big enough for our 6 parents and 5 college aged boys. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The house is on block away from Asbury which is loaded with shops and restaurants.

Clean, new place. Great layout, big bright kitchen and living room. And the porch was great and had tons of seating for the whole family. Would absolutely stay here again! The only cons- 1. the bunk beds are supposed to be secured to the wall with brackets, but one of them was not. Fine for a kidā€™s weight, but the bed tipped when I went up to put sheets on. 2. kitchen was missing some amenities. There were no wine glasses (but a fancy wine opener and wine fridge- go figure) and no blender as advertised. We bought 4 wine glasses and left them behind for future guests.

Our group of 11 close family stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, the house was clean and week- stocked and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out together in this home. The property manager was responsive to any questions we had and a pleasure to work with. Thank you
