This is the 8th house from the beach! This unit is across from the beach block - there are 7 houses on the beach block. There is a partial view of the ocean and boardwalk from the living area.
A couple of blocks away, you can enjoy movies on the beach if offered by the City, free concert bands and the Farmers Market at the local church parking lot. This is a 1500 square foot unit which sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a dining room, living room, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, all amenities), laundry room with washer/dryer, air-conditioning units, off-street parking, large TVs, DVD player, and 4 beach tags to use. There is a shared deck (both units have access to the deck which has a patio set/BBQ grill to enjoy the nice summer breeze. Wifi.

Centrally Located: Walk to Walgreens, gelato/ice-cream shops, surf shop, beauty store/shops, Chinese, Italian/Pizza, restaurants, yoga classes, library, playgrounds and of course, boardwalk and beach. Ride bikes to tennis courts, basketball courts, pier. The Ventnor City Cultural Art Center is right up the street and has restrooms, showers and a playground for the kids! I am told that on certain times in the summer, you can listen to live music over by the community center on the beach. It also hosts the annual Ocean Breeze Art & Craft Show in the summer and weekly live concerts two blocks down.
Driving Distance and Day Trips: For the kids: spend a day on rides/pier on the Ocean City Boardwalk or Atlantic City Pier; ride the tram cars in Wildood or take the Cape May Lewe's Ferry to Delaware and shop at their outlet stores tax free!
15 minutes to clean and fun Storybook Land; visit the Atlantic City Aquarium; or Cape May zoo
Spend the day sight seeing in New York City and take a train/bus back to Atlantic City. Visit the museums and historical monuments (i.e. liberty bell) in Philadelphia. Have a spa day at Red Door or Blue Mercury Spa, while your husband golfs at one of the many golf courses in the Atlantic County area.
At night, enjoy dinner at one of the fine-dining establishments on the Absecon Island or a kid-friendly restaurant such as the Greenhouse deck in Margate.
