3303 Asbury Ave. A Great Location In Ocean City. 1200 Square Feet. 2nd Floor Condo. Very quiet - No Units Above Or Below. Sunny corner condo. Late checkout available for Labor Day Weekend and during off season if no other guests are arriving.

Linens and towels can be provided for extra charge off season. Many stays have a 10% discount if the reservation is a week or longer. Check in and out times are also flexible in the off season. Pet may be allowed for an extra fee. The fee varies on the pet. There is a $100 minimum.

All brand new twin mattresses as of March 2023.

Kitchen renovated in March 2022 with new cabinets, granite counter top, new sink and faucet.

New Central Air Conditioning installed October 2022 with UV air scrubbers. It heats and cools.

New full-size washer and dryer September 2023.

70" Ultra High Definition Roku Smart TV in family room.

Beach equipment provided (Umbrella with sand anchor, body boards, chairs and beach wagon).

Easy Walk To Beach (see video to view the actual walk). One Block From Tennis Courts And Playground (see Map in Photo section). Trolley to boardwalk stops only half a block away.

Guest Bath renovated in 2019. Private Master Bath. Separate Private Entrance To Master Bedroom. Sun Room. Dishwasher. Full Washer And Dryer. Smart TV's In Every Room (Family Room TV has HD Cable). 3 DVD Players. Outdoor Shower renovated in 2019. Hardwood floors refinished with new area rugs throughout.

Across The Street From The "Sandwich Bar" And "Treats And Treasures" (see pictures) Other Restaurants A Block Away.

Street Parking. Must Bring Own Towels And Sheets. A $150 cleaning charge is added to the total. 1 queen 6 twins

We had a wonderful stay. The location is greatā€”one block from the beach and quiet, but close to a sandwich shop, ice cream shop, and Italian restaurant, and a few blocks from a playground, sundry store, and Wawa/7-11. We were here during the shoulder season and had no trouble finding parking right in front. Itā€™s a few minutesā€™ drive to the Boardwalk. The condo was cheerful and comfortable and nicely stocked with handy items at this time (there were paper products, spices, hand soap, dishwasher/laundry soap). We liked that there were 6 twin bedsā€”worked great for a mix of kids of different ages/genders. The hostā€™s communication was clear and helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great week!

A good place to stay within walking distance of the beach! We appreciated and used the stocked kitchen utensils and crock pot! It was extremely helpful and saved room in the car to have the beach chairs and wagons available to use. It was super cozy and plenty of room for our group. Itā€™s also an easy bike ride to the boardwalk. Great location! I would absolutely recommend staying! Only downfall is the cleaning. Long hairs on the kitchen sponge when we walked in the door, lots of dirt and dust on floor and mattresses. For the price it was really great overall! I recommend for babies as well. A bin of toys and games on site.

Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed four nights and it was ok, really enjoyed the location otherwise there is a lot to be desired on the property. If you want to be sitting outside, just be prepared to be disappointed as most of the chairs are broken. If youā€™re allergic to mold be prepared.

We were disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The best way to describe it would be so say it is 'tired.' The furniture was shabby & dirty, some has peeling paint. I don't think the cleaning crew has done a good job for quite some time. The master bath floor is disgusting, baseboards full of hair and dust. We dropped an item and it rolled under the plaid couch in the sitting room. When we retrieved it we found under the couch was full of dust. The place could benefit by a good scrub and clean, refreshed furniture and accessories. Nightlights would be helpful, as they would make it easier and safer while going to the bathroom in the night. The existing lights were very bright! We were not able to access cable broadcasting (there sure were enough remote controls which confused us) but we watched Netflix for the most part. There is a need for the remotes to be marked to reflect usage.On the plus side, the heating and cooling were very responsive and the master bed was very comfortable.

Girls Weekend in Ocean City

We liked the place, and it was convenient to all. We were disappointed with Ocean City's rendition of Girls Weekend.The Fashion show and a Commy Con Convention was not what we expected from the Girl's Weekend, but we had a great time with Friends. We will go back to this place in Ocean City but not for Girls Weekend in Ocean City. We had a blast with our friends at our VRBN

Disappointing

It was not clean. Dirty bra in bedroom, Hair in shower, kitchen cabinets dirty (esp trash bin). Place looked old and unkept. It could be a nice place with a good refresh. The location is good.

Family Annual summer NJ Shore trip

Was a nice time and perfect location. Added perk was our fur babies could come! Very much like a home away from home with enough amenities to make some meals in and enough space for a larger group but still felt cozy. 2 suggestions with the most important being first - the master bedroom definitely needs a new matress. This is the single only complaint. Actually slept in one of the twin beds one night which was 100% more comfortable and slept good. The other is minor but I think renters would appreciate it, especially those who like to cook family meals in a few nights of their stay. That is to get a crock pot. Nice to spend all day on the beach and come home to cooked dinner :) I noticed you have a blender, waffle maker, etc. but I think this is a much more needed appliance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!!!

Location and condo was perfect. Only thing didn't realize the amount of stairs to condo, mom had a little issue. Then inside there was a small step down from living room to living room (which wasn't obvious) and my mom tripped and fell hurting her back. We made it through but all in all we loved the place.

This condo is exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet and a block from the beach and Wawa, parks and the 5 & 10. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. I would definitely book again.

Adorable

This is an adorable condo-like unit, situated above a real estate co (had a bit of trouble finding it in dark), close to beach and short drive to boardwalk. There is a bit of an ocean view from sitting room, which was nice bonus. Fabulous location for fun and relaxing get-a-way. Unit has tv's in everyroom (all the remotes were a bit confusing). Furniture all clean and comfy. Would definitely rent again if in area!
