Great choice
Don't judge a book by its cover especially with this rental! The building looks older, but clean. The interior of this unit is modern and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A Wonderful Vacation Stay
My wife and I spent a November weekend at Ashley and Jeff's Ocean View retreat. In a word, it was terrific in every way. Communication with Ashley was prompt, courteous, and gave us all the information we needed to get to the resort and into the condo. Their place is located a 2-minute walk from the beach, which is perfect if you want to be "right on the water." The facilities themselves were immaculate and included anything you could need (appliances, coffee, utensils & dishware, etc.) Ashley even offered to mail back a set of shoes, which I foolishly forgot. I recommend their vacation resort with no reservations. If you're looking for that memorable trip to Atlantic Beach, I don't think you could go wrong with their condo. We'll definitely be looking at a return trip in the future.

Wonderful long weekend
We had a wonderful long weekend at the beach! Cute, smaller 2nd floor little slice of heaven with very nice lil kitchen and super comfy queen size bed (in a bit older building); but very clean on beach location, this is for you! Some things guest may want to know (small bathroom, with small sink, no counter space there; however shower is very nice. No bedside tables due to efficiency style space; however can use floor on one side and we pulled over a stool for the other side. Mirrors available; just not super functional spaces to get ready in front of mirrors; but if you want economical efficiency beach front space with some modern kitchen appliances and a super clean space), this place is for you. So it was a great little get-a-way and affordable for location on beach!!! Check out the shark shack down the street for some great shrimp and coleslaw! Also, there is a building on property beside that has a bathroom. So no running back upstairs to room to use the restroom when out on beach, which was very nice. Steps to from beach and bathroom, but still thought this was a nice option! So we very much enjoyed our long weekend as we were in town for a wedding and got to enjoy the beach and super affordable! Awesome bonus!! Great communication/quick responses which is always nice and appreciated! Saw folks actively cleaning and taking care of building which helps keep place clean! Need to carry items up steps, so keep in mind when packing 😉!

Nice short weekend
Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Recommend bringing your own beach towels. We traveled with carry ons and no room for towels. Will visit again.

Great location!

Great place
We had great beach access, plenty of shopping for food, clothing, beach attire etc. Plenty of great restaurants within 2 miles from the condo. Our condo was nice, private and supplied a lot of essentials. The pool was great. Ashley and Jeff were very nice and accomodating if any questions or needs arose. We had a wonderful relaxing trip and beautiful scenic views. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We will ve back again.

Compack but Packed
Stayed 4 weeks from Feb to Mar 2023. This place is as small as a studio, but packed like an apartment. All appliances are of great quality. Plenty of toiletries, kitchen spieces, cookware and utensils. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach with great views. Could complain about the door code not working when we got there, but waited a few minutes and we got ahold of the VRBO helpline and in less than 10 minutes the owner called and we were in. To be fair we got in close to midnight, so we took that into accont. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The comunication with the owners was excellent and responded very promptly to our questions. We will defenitelly stay here again if available when we visit next year.

Anniversary weekend

Perfect quiet getaway.
This condo has been updated and is wonderfully decorated. This unit has a view of the ocean from the windows. The gazebo is amazing. You can watch the sun rise and set from the same spot and the beach is just steps away. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway this is your spot. I definitely hope to return soon. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Get away with the teenage kids
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the location, close to things to do, and places to eat, but not in a busy area, so it was quiet and relaxing.
