Welcome to "the Honeybee." A Cozy Private Home just 8 miles north of downtown Atlanta in Marietta, GA. 5 interstate miles from TRUIST PARK Stadium! (8-10 min!) Close to both KSU Campuses, Life University, Marietta Square, & direct route to airport. Professionally designed with full kitchen & table/bar seating for 9-10, 2 full baths, Laundry washer, dryer, tankless water, living room, office, screen porch, firepit, carport & driveway parking. Everything you need for family or business travel!

The space

This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed.
2 miles from Marietta Square. Minutes from Roswell, GA. 5 miles from SunTrust park. 2 miles from Six Flags White Water. close to both Kennesaw State University Campuses and Life University. 1/2 mile from i75. 8 miles from Atlanta. Very close Lyft/Uber to the Airport. 2 miles from our famous "Big Chicken" landmark!

Front and Back door Access via Smart Lock code provided 1-2 hours before the check-in time.
Private home will be all yours for your stay. No shared Spaces.
2 comfortable bedrooms with Queen Size Beds
Middle Office with daybed to sleep 2 more.
Full Kitchen, screen porch & laundry room.
Driveway and Carport Parking.

Property owner is available anytime by text. Message if there is anything you need! We will not be on site but can stop by if you need anything at all!

Other things to note

Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup.
Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

We had a wonderful experience with The Honeybee House. Beautiful decorated place, so cozy and welcoming. Loved the screened in back porch. Neighborhood was quite and we felt very safe there.

So Charming!
The home was conveniently located just slightly north of Atlanta in a quiet suburb. The pictures are very accurate. It’s so charming and cozy! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen was very well stocked and the stay was all around pleasant.

We chose to stay here just overnight for a concert and we’re so happy we did. The house was clean and beautifully redone. The host communicated with me multiple times during the check in process. We plan to return for a long weekend and hope this rental is available!

Nice place to stay
We had come to stay at the honey bee with friends for the P3 summit. Very comfortable place to stay, close to many different areas of Atlanta. The place is very clean and nice. Did not get our code to enter until we reached out. There was some water roaches on the inside of the house in the evening.

Amazing Stay
Great experience in every aspect. To start, communication with the property owner was good. She responded quickly and was attentive to everything needed. Secondly, the area was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. And lastly, the property itself is great. The backyard is fenced in nicely to provide privacy. The screened in back porch area was nice in the hot weather. And not enough good things can be said about the interior. It was a great space that I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Marietta Stay
Stayed for a quick weekend visiting with friends! Great location near lots of fun things! Splash pad for kids at Elizabeth Porter Park was wonderful—house location was around 5-7 mins drive from here. We also enjoyed downtown Marietta which is just as close. Very clean with all the things we needed for our stay and more! Quick check in with easy communication with the host!

Cozy home in a great location
Fantastic home! Location is convenient to Marietta Square, dining and other activities. This is in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard, bee-utiful screened in porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors without getting bit up by mosquitoes. The host was lovely as well, checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. The owners put a lot of thought into the small touches as far as amenities. Would love to book again!

Great Stop
We stayed just for a night while going to a Braves game. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was a little hectic with my app not receiving messages from the owner but she was quick to respond and get us set up with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little house!
House is very nicely remodeled and has tons of charm. Everything works as it should. Very clean. Floor plan is a little weird, but it is an older home. Nicely decorated and themed! Very nice screened-in porch and shady backyard. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was right near the interstate and the parkway so you can jump on the road and get going. Would certainly stay here again.

Quaint comfortable home…..but
A colleague chose the home for its 5 star rating and we were excited to stay there. We thought the home had 3 separate bedrooms but the master bedroom and the office are interconnected by a sliding barn door. Something to be mindful of for others who aren’t staying with family. The home wasn’t stocked as we expected. There was little hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Melissa, the owner, was very responsive to our messages but getting things rectified took more time. We were offered these items after we had gotten them for ourselves for a week long stay. As stated by previous guests who recommended a different cleaning service, we would be in agreement with that sentiment. There were several spiderwebs hanging around the home and the window sills had not been attended to. You will have to learn how to flush the main toilet so it doesn’t continue to run. It should be stated that you will not receive check in information until the day of arrival, potentially a few hours before your arrival. The washer and dryer were great, kitchen was adequate except for aging pots that need replacing (rectified while there). Most everything you need to cook with was provided and former guests have left condiments, cooking spray and spices behind for use. Overall, our stay was ok. Being there for a week it was disappointing that our concerns took time to be resolved and to feel like those concerns were asking for too much (extra toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels).

We very much enjoyed our stay celebrating my first granddaughter’s first birthday! Honeybee was only 10 minutes from their neighborhood. The house was spacious but so cozy. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Will definitely stay again. Can’t wait to see it in the Spring.

This is a very nice home. Comfortable furnishings and very clean. If you have issues with steps don’t stay here. Convenient location to lots of activities. My family really enjoyed staying here.

Nice stay
Adorable little home for a small family. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning kept home cool even in super hot and humid Georgia summer weather. The screened-in outdoor sitting and dining area extends the home nicely, and is a nice place to play cards and talk at the end of the day. Laundry and dishwasher were both great. Everyone could shower in the morning and endless hot water with the tankless hot water system. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Televisions in the house were easy to use with channels and apps loaded. Close to plenty of attractions, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We will rent again when in the area.
