The Space
Welcome to our charming guest home! It’s the perfect retreat for a couple or a solo traveler to enjoy a getaway to a quiet and friendly neighborhood conveniently located just 15.5 miles outside downtown Atlanta!
You’ll have your own private entrance, and as you enter, you'll find a luminous living room flooded with natural light with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for downtime moments at home, plus, for those who need to work, there’s dedicated workspace (desk and chair) nearby and, of course, high-speed WiFi.
Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a gas stove, microwave, coffee station, fridge/freezer, and mini sink. Plenty for you to whip up a simple meal at home with a cute dining area or the breakfast bar to enjoy your creation!
The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed that guarantees a restful night's sleep, a Smart TV to unwind at night, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The full bathroom features a marble dual-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
There’s a patio, grill, and backyard you can enjoy (shared with the main house) for outdoor moments and to soak up the sunshine with a morning cup of coffee or enjoy a meal al fresco.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire guest home, which is attached to the main home. Both have separate entrances and complete privacy.
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood
Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood of Ellenwood, just 15.5 miles from downtown Atlanta. Conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, shopping and golf. Plus, nature lovers will appreciate the beautiful parks and green spaces in the area, and for those seeking a bit of adventure, there are plenty of outdoor activities, landmarks and attractions to discover.
Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 20 miles from the property.
There’s parking at the home in the driveway if you come by car and plenty of other transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Please note the following important information before booking:
This is a guest house attached to a main home. Both have separate entrances, so you’ll have complete privacy.
Pets live on the property and the dogs do bark from time to time.
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and residents in the main home.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
