PRIVATE apartment with Bed, Full Bath, Living area, Kitchenette. Great Marietta Location convenient to 120 Loop, I-75, Roswell Rd & Barrett Pkwy. Entrance door outside detached garage. Full tiled bath with bath/shower. Granite kitchenette with mini fridge. Has its own thermostat, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, TV & more! Wifi included. Perfect for business trips or your own space while visiting family. 2 person max & no visitors allowed. No smoking on the premises inside or outside.

It is totally private, not a shared space. Apartment is seperate from main house.

Guests have access to the garage apartment above our detached garage from our home.

I am available anytime you need me.

Tons of restaurants, the interstate, shopping, and White Water.

Getting around is best by car, but there are always tons of Uberā€™s around too. :)

A nice place to unwind

The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners!

The Perfect Getaway

The loft was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything you needed for your stay! The host was more than helpful and responded to my texts promptly. What I liked was that they gave you privacy as well. Thanks, and I will be booking again! PS- Need a bigger signing board due to the one you have hanging is full!! (Pics were taken during my check-out)Thanks for having me.

affordable and comfortable

very affordable, plenty of space for 1-3 people. close to restaurants. great if like me, you needed a place while working out of town for a few days. only issues: parking is a hassle if you have a lot of stuff-you dont park near the door. also, you're above a garage so the garage door will wake you at 6:45 a.m. (i am not a light sleeper, either.). but still worth it for the price.

Marietta Business Trip

This apartment was perfectly located for a business meeting. It is situated in a peaceful, beautiful & upscale residential area. If you are a daily walker or runner there are miles of safe sidewalks throughout tree lined neighborhoods just down the street. The apartment is spacious, airy, well equipped & comfortable. Everything was also impeccably clean. I highly recommend this apartment &will definitely return.

Okay place

Nice property but hard to find in the dark with the mailbox # different from listing. Would have been nice if info book referenced in the video had been available. A few suggestions to owners: put a motion light on side of garage to light up the very dark path from designated parking area; leave either an extra blanket or fuzzy throw in closet as the outer big room was very cold in January and could have been used on bed which had only sheet and thin quilted bedspread; buy blinds that actually cover entire windows as standing in shower and being able to view neighbor's house not cool.

Peaceful Stay - Would Stay again

I was in town for business so my stay was not long but I did enjoy my stay while i was there! The property itself is beautiful as well as the neighborhood itā€™s located in. Itā€™s perfectly tucked away so itā€™s very quiet, making a perfect place to stay if youā€™re in town for work/business. Slight hiccup during the check in process but the host was communicative & response time was fast so it all worked out. The space itself looks as described in the photos. My only call out about the space is the cleanliness. Everything was clean however the blanket at the foot of the bed had a visible dried up stain on it. Didn't mention because I did not use it however it created some doubt about the cleanliness. There was also an unpleasant odor, similar to cat urine so I had to spray & burn my candle to rid the smell while I was there. Iā€™d suggest doing a carpet & furniture cleaning. This smell was also all over the towels left out which again leaves an unpleasant impression however, I did not mention this during the stay because I had my own bath towel & wash cloths. Apart from these things, the space was great. My last suggestion for the host is to be to a little flexible or open to adjustments in the event of emergencies only. I had a family emergency arise during my stay & inquired about adjusting my check out & was told their policy doesnā€™t allow this once the day of the reservation comes. understandable! They did provide a partial refund a few days after so itā€™s greatly appreciated!

If you're looking for a decent, quiet, private, kept place to lay your head for the evening this will suffice. They supply a link to a video that explains how to enter the property and where to park. Everything operated per the instructions, and I was able to communicate with the property owners via text. Things to improve; they have a huge well-lit driveway but only allow their guests to park on the side of the property in the dark woods next to a scary-looking carport, which is inconvenient in terms of proximity to the loft and for a city dweller such as muself a bit intimidating. The place was well kept but could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (i.e., the dishes looked crusty and the fridge though bare could have been cleaned better). The towels and linen were good. So overall I'd say it was ok. Not my first choice but not the worst choice.
