The space
--= Downstairs =--
We have an open floor plan with a half-bath, dining room, kitchen and living room that opens up to the back deck. The living room has a sectional couch where it's possible for a fifth person to sleep (with provided sheets).

--= Upstairs =--
The house comfortably sleeps four people upstairs -- two in the Queen-sized master bedroom and two in the Full-sized bed in the second bedroom. Both are Purple mattresses. Washer, dryer, iron, drying racks are all available in the laundry room. The full bathroom is in the hallway and will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner soap, toothpaste and a first-aid kit.

--= PARKING =--
There is off-street parking available for 1 car in our back driveway; additional parking can be found on-street in front of the home and on 5th Street.

--= EV Charging =--
EV drivers have a choice of two options for charging a vehicle:
1) Tesla HPWC (50A 240V); or,
2) NEMA 14-50 outlet (using your own travel charger).
Guest access
If you have a smartphone, I will send you an electronic key to get inside the home. A set of physical keys will also be provided upon entry. If you don't have a smartphone, there is keypad access via the front door.
Other things to note
Guests are allowed only 1 pet; dogs must be under 30lbs and there will be an additional $100 fee per booking.
Please keep noise down after 10:00p. There are absolutely no parties allowed and no more than 5 guests on the property at any time.
