"It was a fabulous stay, unique property with a restaurant and pool on site. Upscale bedrooms with all amenities, pics dont do it justice, such a warm, welcoming ambiance. Only thing of note is in the evening music can be heard from the restaurant dining until closing as sound carries. After that it's very quiet. The staff were all amazing, helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and didnt want to leave it was so great!"

"The property was great except that the toilet has a major leak so we found out in the morning when nearly slipping in a puddle of water on the tiles in the bathroom. Otherwise the trip and room were great. We would definitely come back again "

"We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips. There is also a nice walk along the river at the back of the property. The airport is only 18 minutes away, which we found very convenient at the end of our stay. Thanks for having...

"Highview is a quiet property but still close to the center. The kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for and my family and me very much enjoyed staying there. It's very spacious, so everyone can be in their own room or we can all hang out in the living room, enjoy the free Netflix and spend time together. We had an amazing time, Gina was very helpful regarding recommendations for dinner and what to do in the area. Will definitely come back! "

"We hired the whole house ( extended family of 7) and were happy with the location and bedroom/ bathroom configuration . Loved the balcony . It would appear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority anymore. Tried to contact the host but received no response. BBQ under house no gas and no lighting so unable to use. Not enough cutlery for our family to all use at the same time. No cleaning products available for us to clean, except a vacuum cleaner with missing parts.. On arrival dirty...
