The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, cable TVs, a washing machine, barbecue, and private parking space available.

The two-level apartment has a practical layout. On the first level, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom, an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as a main bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. On the upper level, there is another double bedroom, an additional sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a useful kitchenette.
Furthermore, our sizable balconies on both levels provide both sea and mountain views, and are equipped with outdoor furniture, making it a pleasant spot for your outdoor meals and drinks.

Our apartment is situated in the well-known coastal area of Varkiza, only 400m from its renowned sandy beach, which boasts stylish beach bars (Yabanaki) and seaside restaurants.

A mere 5-minute walk away, you'll find a bank, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and an array of cafes and restaurants. Additionally, there's an open-air cinema nearby, perfect for enjoying on warm summer evenings, and a bus stop offering frequent routes to Athens' city center. Varkiza's prime location allows you to either visit Athens' city center, approximately 40 minutes' drive away, or explore the beaches and sights of seaside Attica, such as the famous Temple of Poseidon in Sounio, just a 25-minute drive away. In the nearby Glyfada area, you can also discover various retail shops along its popular commercial high street, as well as numerous services, nightclubs, and restaurants.

-Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
