"We had an week event near by and had family come from FL to visit. A blast. SUPER convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and the waterpark. nice layout with TWO bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. nice sized porches. clean, homey. We will rent again !"

"Overall the house was clean nice but was disappointed about the miscommunication of a four bedroom that was really a three bedroom where one of our guests had no privacy when people walked up and down the stairs trying to sleep. Had a hard time getting checked in got in from a long eight and a half hour drive and couldn't find my paperwork that I submitted but found my ID finally took 20 minutes to get into the house needing to use the restroom very badly person in the office so I spoke with it...

"Quiet neighborhood, away from hustle and bustle, yet close to town. Steep driveway. Only issue we had on cleanliness was some glue traps in kitchen for bugs and they proved to be needed. An exterminator can fix that."

"My husband and 16 yo son went up to Athens to visit our 21 yo who is at UGA. Christian our host was amazing. He was totally fine to having my son and his 6 friends come hang out enjoy the pool and stay the day. The most phenomenal part was when I could not locate the cornhole boards Christian insisted on having new ones sent to the house. Needless to say all the boys enjoyed. Thank you Christian for your attentiveness. We will definitely be back"

"This was the perfect spot for us to spend parents weekend. The home is well stocked ,clean and has a great open floor plan. We spent quality time with our UGA kiddos , we enjoyed staying in and watching the dawgs ! Lovely home with lots of space to share with friends and family. "

"The home is in great proximity to UGA. The home is large with spacious bedrooms. It's also nice that each bedroom has its own bath. When you have a lot of people, there isn't a concern over lines at the bathroom. There's also a large parking pad. We were able to fit 4 medium to large sized SUVs with some room to spare. The owner was easily accessible and very pleasant. We will definitely visit again! "
