"We met up with friends for New Years Eve, the place was very clean it included breakfast which was nice. I would use the hotel again and the staff was friendly. There was a restaurant next to the hotel it was good food older setting but clean. "

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. "The cabin was cute and very private. We enjoyed the romantic getaway and would stay again. I would note that a bigger grill would have been a nice addition, but we managed with the mini grill."

"We spent our Thanksgiving weekend in this little cabin sleeping in, reading books, and watching Christmas movies. It was glorious! The close proximity to a grocery store (food lion) was excellent too! 10/10 would recommend. "

"Quiet, secluded and peaceful. I loved the screened in porch for late night conversations and while It rained. The cabin was very spacious and the fire pit was perfect. The last renters left some items around like socks in a kayak renters left "

"Staying at Austin's cabin was just what the doctor ordered. Arrival was a bit delayed due to no cell reception and the gate code not being provided prior to arrival. Once we drove back down the road a bit for a smidge of cell reception, we were able to reach Austin and get the code. The property upon entrance was nice, secluded, and peaceful. Plenty of room inside for 2-4 people and plenty more outside to explore. The fire pit and gas grill were nive bonuses and satellite tv although more used...

"My family is a big fan of glamping. It was one of our best cabin site compare to the similar size I have been. Very clean, new kitchen equipments, and bathrooms. It is a little smaller size than I thought but a two big rooms"

"Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries."
