"Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast."

"Lovely hotel, great facilities and nice surroundings. We tried Bennett’s restaurant for our evening meal, the food was very disappointing. The breakfast was nice however. Prices were reasonable. Our room was lovely and in good condition but too warm with no aircon. The gym and pool were excellent. "

"Received a wonderful greeting upon check in by Dawn, was very informative and friendly, making (very late) check in a breeze. The room was specious and clean. We travelled as a family of 3, and had plenty of room. Breakfast was plentiful and all areas were cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout. "Arrived at 10am, popped in to register car and offered to see if our rooms were ready so had early check in at no cost. Hotel had a wedding on later in day but did not notice any noise, room was very quiet allowing for a good nights sleep."

"A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you."
