What badly altered our experience was the way a rare incident was handled by the owner. There was an overflow of wastewater in our room. The man who was supposed to empty the wastewater tank had apparently too much work and hadn't been able to come. "2nd time staying here and it was superb as usual. Beautiful, clean property with a splendid pool and very friendly staff. It's a stone throw to the beach and all the best bars and restaurants. One slight negative is that if you book via Orbitz and not directly through Rainbow Apts, there is a daily fee to use the air conditioning in the room. This appears to not be the doing of Rainbow Apts, but that of Orbitz who do not mention this fee at the time of booking. I shall take this up with...

"Prettige plek voor een relaxte vakantie. Uiterst vriendelijk én behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Paar kleine minpuntjes: de sterk brommende airco’s die duidelijk nooit onderhoud lijken te hebben gehad. En het ontbreken van een zitbank. Overal staan bedden. Minstens 1 slaapbank zou veel beter zijn. En oh ja: de gladde tegels in het nieuwe zwembad….."
