"Excellent! Great little place to stay, I had the studio accommodation and it was very well stocked with fresh bread, milk, butter, jam, biscuits, chocolates, cakes and the kitchen was well stocked with stuff like the simple things like tinfoil which are extra things a lot of places don't do. Credit to the team here, the rooms are lovely, warm and well maintained. The extra touches with the food is a great idea and very welcome. People were very helpful on check in and the place was very quiet...

"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. "This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....
