"Very nice place to stay. The boat was very well equipped with everything we needed. All of us caught lots of carp that we had to kill first of course, then fed to a pelican which was fun. Fed the pair of black swans that came round each evening with cornflakes as internet said that was OK. to feed them that. Very quiet moored spot on the river. Highly recommend this boat for a holiday that is so relaxing. Host is lovely and supplies all the information you need for this wonderful getaway."

"The house is in a great location, overlooking the Coorong and Younghusband Peninsula. All the facilities we needed and perfectly suited for 4 with separate bedrooms with en suites. We all loved the stay, and hope to be back in 2025."

Spiders in downstairs toilet and nowhere to wash hands after being to downstairs toilet, could not turn on wash basin tap (arthritis hands) so had to wash them in kitchen sink, not hygenic. "We had a very enjoyable stay in Meningie. The house and cleanliness was outstanding and communication with Wendy was a breeze. This was a peaceful and relaxing few days, nice and quiet, spectacular views and plenty of birdlife. The Coorong is a special place to visit. "

"Coloring Cabins is way better than described! Immaculate maintenance of cabin and exceptionally clean. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and has all kinds of hidden goodies. Tasteful decor. Gardens are amazing and a delight for native plant enthusiasts birders. Highly recommend this property!!. "
