"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!)
We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty.
Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked.
Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

"The hotel was a splendid surprise being a true manor in the style of a stately home with extensive grounds. We stayed in the Mews cottages which provided a large well equipped room and bathroom. "
"Nice hotel albeit a little dated in places. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The food is best classified as “pub” food but it is quick and good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel's refurbishment in public areas limits its current standard, and potential to be relaxing. Rooms need the refurb, however, and will hopefully get it soon. The restaurant is good, and staff are generally friendly and helpful, but cleaning is below par, notably lack of deep cleaning. "

The 2rd night it was 28.5 C
So you could not sleep
They have a good night garantie
Asked at front desk
They said to contact the guest relations
Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect
And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco
