"I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. "

"We had an excellent stay here for a friend's bachelor celebration. 12 men in their mid-30s slept comfortably, and the house was an excellent fit for our needs. Great view, close to downtown/River Arts so the Ubers and Lyfts are cheap, and an incredibly accommodating host. Can't recommend this place enough for a stay in Asheville that needs to fit a large group. It's hard to find something that fits this many people this close to town."

"We booked well in advance due to the stay was on Christmas. Bill was very attentive to responding to any questions I had. There was a huge hurricane that went through Asheville and he was informative about the property’s condition. No damages, just the utilities went out and a few trees. My family had a wonderful stay, it checked all the boxes as far as rooms, space, and nearby attractions like the Biltmore estates. Its truely a unique home!"
