Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private full-length balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is 1 parking space available, but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Outstanding!
We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The condo was so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed! All communication was timely and clear. Location and security were great. The beds were comfortable and the condo was spotlessly clean. Right off the living room is a lovely patio, perfect for an evening glass of wine. The only thing I would suggest is to provide a binder of information about Asheville—such as restaurants, maps, activities, etc. We all agreed this was our favorite condo!

Wonderful condo!
What a wonderful condo in a great location! The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked (although we didn't cook!), the bathrooms were modern and clean, and we absolutely loved the enormous outdoor patio! Having indoor parking was wonderful, and the condo was right in the heart of town, so we walked everywhere. There was just one small but important detail that could be improved, which is the mattress in the master. The indentations were so large that your body was in a big hole. I ended up sleeping with my head at the opposite end, which was better but not ideal. Otherwise this condo was top notch, and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay excellent location!
The property was spotless and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax for five days in Asheville. We had one minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but the property manager was incredibly responsive and resolved it promptly. The secure parking and passcode access to the condo made us feel very safe. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful rental, but noisy
This property is absolutely beautiful and the location can’t be beat, but beware of a few things… There is A LOT of construction on Lexington Ave and the amazing outdoor area faces Lexington. During the day you will hear saws, hammering, excavating, etc. This is a two-way street with parking on both sides and there just isn’t enough room for two-way traffic with the trucks delivering equipment and materials. All morning there were traffic jams; vehicles having to back down the street because they couldn’t get through. This is obviously temporary and not the fault of this property owner, but the outdoor area was the reason we chose this unit, and we couldn’t sit outside during the day because of the noise. There is a lot of nightlife in the area and late at night you will hear people walking down the street who have had a really good time. One of the nights we were there, it sounded like a drag race was happening outside our windows You are very close to the hospital district, so you will hear fire and EMS sirens all day, but especially during the evening commute. Some of the reviews mention that parking in the garage is a challenge and that is most definitely true.

Perfection
This corner condo is a fabulous place to stay. It is within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. While in the condo, we spent most of our time relaxing on the porch enjoying the comfortable furniture and mountain view, We did not want to leave. The accommodations were wonderful. Would definitely want to stay there again.

Perfect Trip!
We could not have been happier with our choice. The location was great and the condo was exactly as we had hoped. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items. We had one small issue during our stay and it was handled within 15 minutes. Wonderful service! Thank you so much for such a perfect get away!

The Perfect Location
This was a wonderful place to stay in Asheville! The location could not be better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The place itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The parking garage was secure and took away the stress of finding somewhere to park on the street or in downtown. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great Place
We very much enjoyed relaxing on the wonderful balcony. The condo is centrally located for all of the downtown attractions. We felt very comfortable here and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. While there is a lot of traffic around the building, it feels very secure and served as a great home base for us to enjoy all Asheville has to offer.

EXCELLENT accomodations!
As three ladies who appreciate clean, modern and quality surroundings we were so pleased with this property overall. The twin beds, the bed pillows and the sheets could be better but the style, quality, location and security of this property was outstanding. We will return.

Beautiful accommodations in the heart of it all! Wonderfully stocked kitchen, lovely bedding and a million dollar view! Maria was a gem to work with! Will be back to Asheville and will definitely stay here again!

Great location, really nice condo. For the price we paid, you are expecting luxury everything. The guest bedroom twin bed mattresses were not a luxury experience for adults. Would like to suggest a firepit for the patio and a wine opener or 2 (we couldn't find one in the kitchen).

Beautiful unit
We were very pleased with our stay at this property. You can still smell the newness of this unit. The listing is accurate, but the photos can't do justice to the patio - it was spectacular. Also, with an elderly member in our party, we really appreciated that the building had an elevator. Short walk to downtown/breweries, and we appreciated the covered parking as well. This place is really nice - you should go for it!

2 weeks in great new condo
Well appointed, totally convenient, walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops and breweries. The condo is lovely with beautiful finishings, furnishings and best part is the large covered deck. Easy parking in the building. It is a little pricey but we’ll worth it.

Excellent condo short walk to everything
We stayed here as a family (kids 9, 7 and 5) and the place was amazing. Everything is brand new and the owners have thought of any thing you would need. All of the restaurants are a short walk, the on-site parking was great and the unit was very clean with great views from the outdoor space. Would certainly stay here again.
