This two-story condo is accessed via one flight of stairs at the street level entryway. There is no elevator. Bedrooms each have their own separate staircases from the living room area of the unit.

Walk to Music Hall in less than a half-mile, or opt for a trip to The Orange Peel (0.6 miles) for a sampling of local acts and touring bands. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
