Located in the heart of Asheville‘s eclectic and vibrant central business district, this third story loft allows our friends and guests to experience our Jewel of the city, in a very comfortable and convenient venue. This downtown retreat, is in one of Asheville’s Historic buildings from the early 1900s, and is located between Prichard Park and Pack Place.
With this location, all of Asheville‘s varied activities are within a few blocks distance. Our place is fitted with quality components and amenities to make your stay in Asheville memorable. Furnishings include a fully operational kitchen for friends and guests desiring to prepare some of their own meals, even though Asheville boasts many unique quality Restaurants and eateries.

Great location + helpful hosts!
This spot made our trip very easy! The location is perfect - you're a quick walk from a ton of downtown Asheville and an easy 5-10 min drive from other popular spots like the Biltmore. It was very clean, easy to get into, felt very secure and had everything we needed. The hosts did a good job of checking in and responding if we had questions. The only fyi I would give is the parking is $20 per night, so I would plan for that within your budget as there are not many other options. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Downtown Asheville Location
The property itself is fantastic with everything you would need for even a long stay. The location is the best part, within walking distance to so many restaurants and breweries. The owners are proactive and responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit AVL.

Absolutely perfect location in Asheville!
The condo was perfect for our little anniversary get away. Everything was super clean and comfortably. Greg and Jen literally thought of everything from helpful messages prior to arrival and during the stay. We will be booking again next time we stay in Asheville.

Truly a gem!
Our hosts were AMAZING! They were quick to offer dining recommendations and parking tips. The location is close to all things downtown Asheville, especially great food and fun shopping. We enjoyed being close to the Biltmore and some hiking as well. The condo was clean and comfortable with little details that reflected a heart of hospitality. Thank you for a great stay to celebrate our 25-year wedding anniversary.

Wonderful condo in the heart downtown Asheville. Very walkable to restaurants, breweries, and great coffee. Easy to BRP and hiking. Would love to come back and explore the area further.

Wonderful Choice!
We were in town for a few days to attend a wedding. We preferred a place to have room to stretch out rather than a small hotel room. This place was very sizable, and was in a location where we could easily walk to anything. The communication with the owners was great! Even though we had a long drive from Michigan and checked in late, they texted us a few times to make sure that we were settled in. We’ve rented through VRBO since the mid 1990s… I’ve never had an owner be so courteous and attentive. The condo is very well-appointed; comfortable sheets, towels, pillows, and furniture were very much appreciated. I took some dressier clothes for planned events and brought jewelry. I’m always a bit nervous about security. This place was like Ft. Knox. Several door codes and a key were provided to keep things well-guarded. The condo is located in a very vibrant part of town. Despite the fact that the bar across the street is a popular place until 2a.m., the bedroom is located on the other side of the floor. It’s quite dark for great sleeping, a noise machine is provided, and the HVAC provides terrific white noise. We had no problems with noise while sleeping. We toured Biltmore, shopped at Biltmore Village, and loved Finklestein’s Pawn Shop- oldest one around- for a few fun finds. Moe’s BBQ was fantastic, as well as Shanghai Dumpling. Wicked Weed and Bold Rock were a few breweries that we liked. Everything was a quick walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and this condo!

Downtown Asheville Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed this cool little condo in Asheville! Plenty of comfortable space with open kitchen/living room with a 4 chair counter for eating, nice bath and large bedroom with comfy bed. We made use of washer/dryer and large TV! The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. The parking garage across the street was convenient. We were in and out a few times to drive to River Arts District, Grovewood, The Biltmore and New Belgium Brewery. Never a problem finding a space. Great communication with owners Jen and Greg! Loved our stay in this condo in downtown Asheville!!

The condo we stayed at on College Street was perfect for my wife and I on our first visit to downtown Asheville. Very clean, comfortable, well furnished and quiet since it was on the 3rd floor. The location had us within 1 or 2 blocks or next door to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. We enjoyed a great breakfast down the street at The Med and also a Spa afternoon next door. We would enjoy a return trip to this VRBO.

Downtown Asheville perfect location
The property is perfectly located with most breweries within a half mile walk. We stayed for the marathon and this condo was 3 blocks from the start at Pack Square. Only downside was the broken elevator which the owners let us know in advance and did a partial refund.

This place IS a GEM!
We Loved this Ashville “gem”! Perfect location! The hosts are AMAZING- checked on us and gave recommendations. They thought of everything that would be needed for a home away from home. I loved sitting by the window having coffee watching the snow flurries! Beautiful place - we’ll definitely book again!

Amazing and comfortable space right in the middle of everything downtown Asheville has to offer! Equipped to cook in or enjoy one of the many amazing local restaurants within steps of the apartment. Loved the extras, a little welcome snack pack and coffee! Stay here- you won’t be disappointed!

Exceeded expectations
Staying at this "gem" in downtown is our best Asheville experience yet. We've stayed at the Kimpton, other area VRBOs, etc. — all of which were extremely nice. Yet this property, in my opinion, allows the visitor to fully embrace the vibrancy and culture of downtown Asheville by being very much "in it." The historic building is charming, well maintained, and very convenient to good/safe parking right across the street. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc., are steps away. Throughout the rental process, the owners are helpfully communicative; directions for checking in (access to the building's key, the passcode, etc.) are very clear. When we were there, the weather was turning colder, and it was nice to find a closet of extra blankets; it was as if we were staying at a generous friend's place. We can't think of a single negative about the experience, and we will be back. Our son is attending UNC-A for (at least) the next 3-1/2 years, and we've found our new mid-semester-visit VRBO!
