"My friends and I had a lovely weekend at this property. It was comfortable and checked all of our boxes! It would have been nice to increase the heat on the hot tub but it was locked and we were unable to bypass. We understood it was set at 98 for the summer but the evening was chilly so we were a little disappointed. Nonetheless, this did not effect our rating of the property. "

"The host was very responsive to an issue at check-in, with quick and thoroughly satisfactory resolution. The house was comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely backyard space. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house was perfect for our 3 families. We were in town dropping off our sons at Chico State. The house was plenty big with 5 bedrooms, large comfy sectional, and a little game room. Everyone spread out throughout the house, but came together for meals at the dining room table. The tree lined streets were gorgeous and shady. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. Safeway and many tasty restaurants (The Bear, Woodstock's Pizza, and The Raw Bar Restaurant and Sushi) are close. We...

"We had a really good time with our friends. The house is great as far as the amenities. We had a few issues and I am sure that they will take care of right away. The rug has spots but we did take our shoes off as requested. The Weber BBQ was dirty and so was the oven and drawer. Also the back gate is broken so we couldn’t just let the dog out alone. Owners were great and we would definitely stay there again! The CoolGel bed was amazing!!"

"The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for."
