"Lovely cottage, exactly as described. Clean, well appointed, everything you need for a long or short stay. So charming, beautifully decorated, so homey and comfortable! Our stay happened to be during a long rain, so we didn't get to walk around the area, but the property is well located, and any other time, I know we would have loved walking along the creek. Wrong time of year for a swim and too busy with our visit's purpose to use the hot tub. But we'll enjoy it all next time we stay. And we...

It would have been nice to increase the heat on the hot tub but it was locked and we were unable to bypass. "The check in process was very easy. Communication was exceptional with very fast responses. House was cool with the AC and fans. Clean, comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again"

"This place is lovingly designed and decorated with many intentional details to admire. The hosts were excellent communicators and were able to accommodate an early check-in request. "

"I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It seemed as though it had not been properly swept or vacuumed. I am assuming the previous guest had a dog and there was a lot of dog hair all over the floors that I had to clean up. The sheets and towels were all cleaned and washed though. The yoga studio is nothing like the pictures. It has not been maintained and was dirty and things were thrown about. The pictures has two lawn chairs in the backyard and we found them both broken in the shed...

"Great location and lots of beds. Property was clean, everything worked, plenty of towels, dishes etc. Property owner responded to texts quickly and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a really good time with our friends. The house is great as far as the amenities. We had a few issues and I am sure that they will take care of right away. The rug has spots but we did take our shoes off as requested. The Weber BBQ was dirty and so was the oven and drawer. Also the back gate is broken so we couldn’t just let the dog out alone. Owners were great and we would definitely stay there again! The CoolGel bed was amazing!!"

"We were visiting Chico State and it was a perfect stay. Walking distance to campus and all restaurants an shops. Clean and comfy. Will book again when visiting."

"The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for."

"This property is infested with cockroaches. I had one crawl across my foot while I was sitting on the couch, and when I looked around the house, there were cockroaches in various states of alive and dying. I contacted the property owner about this problem, and have never received a response. The owners were initially very communicative, but when I presented this problem, I received no communication at all. Extremely unsanitary and unkempt. "
