"The rental was great! It is a beautiful home with all the extras in the kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms! The view from kitchen is amazing! Communication with the owner was very good. "We loved staying here. The house had 99% of what anyone could want to enjoy a calm and relaxed stay near the beach and near the village of AG. The Berry Neighborhood is sweet. "Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "

"This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back. "
