"Great spot very peaceful,50 ft from the river, surrounding area very tranquil. The mobile home was spotless and the facilities in the home were spot on.Kitchen utensils and cooking facilities were brilliant. Met Karen on the first day,lost the key to the home,Karen had it sorted within 5 minutes lovely lady. "Great place for accommodations in Tobermory. Property management had clear instructions on how to get in and how to work things in the apartment (eg. Pull out bed) plus lots of information on the island available. It was clean and ideally located on the Main Street with only about an 8 min walk to the buses at the car park. "

"The property is a delight. It’s cosy clean and warm. Not many places offer a view of an ancient castle. Richard shows huge interest in how guests recycle. The compost bin meant all our food waste doesn’t go to land fill. It’s our second time staying in Castle Cottage and would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to stay. "

"Kilbowie Retreat is a very comfortable and spacious apartment beautifully decorated but with a homely feel. Its waterfront location is superb with wonderful views across to Kerrera Island. We loved the peace & tranquility. It is a short drive into Oban … too far to walk… where we discovered our favourite seafood restaurant Ee-Usk. The mussels are the best ever! We can thoroughly recommend Kilbowie Retreat as very exquisite holiday accommodation."

"This VRBO in Tobermory is perfectly located in town. It is new, very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to recommend it Shops and restaurants in town are right there, and the restaurant (MacGoshan) and Tobermory Distillery are within minutes. Would recommend going to both."
