Welcome to our newly renovated home in the heart of Arnold, MD! Our home has been remodeled with stylish and modern finishes, making it the perfect place for your next getaway. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an open-concept living space with plenty of natural light. The home also features a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and AC for your comfort.



We are always available via phone text and email 24/7 if we don’t respond immediately we may be helping another guest but will respond promptly!

Downtown Annapolis is a historic and charming neighborhood located in the heart of the city. It's known for its picturesque streets lined with colonial-era buildings, cobblestone sidewalks, and beautiful waterfront views of the Chesapeake Bay.

There are plenty of things to see and do in downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood is home to many popular attractions such as the United States Naval Academy, the Maryland State House, and the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Guests can also take a stroll through the quaint streets and explore the many unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants.

One of the most popular areas in downtown Annapolis is City Dock, which is located at the end of Main Street. City Dock is a bustling hub of activity and is home to many events throughout the year, including the Annapolis Boat Shows, which are some of the largest in the country.



The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is queen zised and third bedroom is a full over full bunkbed. The two bathrooms have also been completely renovated and feature new fixtures and finishes.

The home also features a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort.

Our home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Arnold, just a short drive away from downtown Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. You'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities nearby. We can't wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!

**PLEASE NOTE** This home is split into two units (upstairs and downstairs). You will have the upper unit. Both units have their own private entry. You will not share access with other guests**

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest checkout possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6 PM. While this is a rare occurrence you can feel free to check in and get settled as the team finishes.
