"Good: - accommodating staff - cheapest price of the hotel - it has option for bigger beds good for family - easy parking Things to improve: - wifi pw doesn't pro actively given - front desk is not contactable you have to go down to request for anything - AC is not working properly - Faucet of the shower is hard to operate - no youtube on tv Overall its was good but not excellent. Hope the management will really improve the things mentioned above "

"Perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. It was well stocked and very clean. Our dog loved the yard and nearby dog parks. The host was friendly and accommodating."

"No complaints. Well suited for our purposes. Check in easy. Space very tidy. Kitchen well stocked. About 24 minutes from the mountain and 10 min from the city. Would come back again. "

"Great location between Vernon and Silverstar. Super easy hosts and nice location"

"We stayed with our children and parents! Great place, enough sleeping room and downstairs hangout for teenagers! Very new and clean! Nice and cozy! Shuttle service is great - stops right by your house and always on time. Highly recommend. "

"We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children,...

"So easy to ski from the property right to the lift. First day was a little difficult to get back from the village area with a 5 year old…..but once we discovered there’s a shuttle service from the village that takes you right to your doorstep…piece of cake for the rest of the week. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare big meals, and the dining area easily accommodated our gang of 14 Everyone loved the chalet and wants to come back next year. "

"The balcony with the hot tub is a 10/10 situation, as is the washing machine and dryer (with young kids, an actual dream!). Host left lots of essentials, which was great to get started and we replaced what we used.
