"Comfy and cozy cabin in the woods! A perfect place for our family to relax and reconnect! Beautiful setting overlooking the lake! The hot tub was peaceful and calming! Host was responsive to all questions and helpful and kind! We loved it here…we got to experience snow, sunshine and rain that week in the woods and loved every minute of our stay! "

"The cabin and location did not disappoint!!!! We toured the asylum, helvetia was awesome. Game farm was close. Bucks diner was so good!! Had a great time. Thank you! "

"Start with the not positive, the house is located in a valley so winter weather made the roads not so great. The freezer could have been cleaner and lack of local stations made following weather and watching football games tough. The internet is not great.... Other than that, our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our needs, warm, loved being on the river, and comfy couches. The little touches took it over the top. "Wow! That's what I think we all said upon arriving! It is exactly what what we were looking for, so serene and secluded. The home was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. We decided to start a new Thanksgiving tradition and I believe teenagers and adults alike can't wait until next year to come back to your home! Thank you so much for opening up your paradise in the wood's!"

"This cottage was perfect for the intended purpose of getting away and still being close to town if we needed to run out and get back quickly. Parking area is small so if you have a large truck it will be a tight fit. "

"My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!"

"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Cabin #1 Bella. The location was excellent for visiting family in Hacker Valley and our Daughter who was camping with her family at Holly River SP. There was plenty of room to relax in the living area, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. "

"We really enjoyed the house and location. It was well maintained, clean, and in a really nice area. We have family nearby and the location made visiting Pickens, Helvetia, and Hacker Valley easy as convenient as can be for this part of Randolph County."
