Jackie personally showed us to our room, showed us where coffee, the community fridge and the breakfast room were, and highlighted information to make our stay more pleasant. The room was a bit quirky (the only closet was in the bathroom; the bedroom was a couple of steps up from the bathroom and entry) and furnished rustically.
