"The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. "

"It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. "The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements."

"Pictures make this place look much better than reality. The bathroom was well-below standards. Only one glass door that covers 1/2 the shower; the other half has a shower curtain. The tub floor was not clean, the faucet wasn't even attached to the wall and the wall board looked mold-riden. We had bugs in the shower both mornings. Owners need to focus on finishings. Many gaps along the ceiling, paint sloppily applied, floor boards have gaps, doors don't close, rugs with rolled up edges which...

"Perfect for our family of 11. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and we enjoyed the character of this place. Our grandkids even entertained us with some piano music. It was hot in DC and the air conditioning kept up. We could have walked everywhere but because of the heat we ubered and used scooters. "

"Beautiful home away from home while sightseeing DC. Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. We walked to the National Mall, Capitol, and Smithsonians. We also caught the bus once, easily done near the house. Wecaught ride shares home a couple times too. We parked our large Expedition out on the street as promised in the listing.
