This spacious studio with private exterior stair access in a unique Brick House built in 1965 - the original "Guest House" on a spectacular estate - welcomes guests with breathtaking beauty & magnificent views. A queen size bed, en suite bath, kitchen, fireplace, & luxurious amenities await in your perfect Hideaway.
The space
This large yet cozy studio apartment is one of 3 complete units in this unique Brick House, built in 1965. It was originally referred to as the "Guest House" and just one of several dwellings on this spectacular estate. The brick house is set back about a mile into the woods. The quiet and peacefulness is experienced as soon as you enter onto the property.

The studio is equipped with all you'll need to ensure a special stay. There's a queen size bed and a full size futon couch. The bed is beyond comfortable and made up with white linens, down comforters and lots of plush pillows! The kitchen has all one needs to prepare meals ... dishes/pots/pans/utensils/spices and the basic appliances one would find in a kitchen at home. There is a dressing room with a large stand up shower and a full bathroom with a tub. Storage space is plentiful should you be on an extended stay. The studio has a full size fireplace for your enjoyment.

It's the perfect space for a weekend, or extended, getaway!

BUILT FOR WORK: The WiFi is super strong: up to 1000Mbps/50Mbps. A clear line of site to cell tower across the valley provides excellent cell coverage for phones with service from major carriers - 5 bars, practically all the time.

Shared INDOOR SPACES include: the foyer/mudroom and the laundry area. Please wear a mask when in shared indoor spaces!

Shared OUTDOOR SPACES include: parking area, outdoor seating area, yards/woods, hammock area, fire pits.

LOCAL AMENITIES: You're literally vacationing in the middle of the woods yet a short drive to civilization. A 2-3 mile drive out to convenience stores, supermarket, CVS, restaurants, specialty shops & boutiques, farmers market and numerous local events. We are located in close proximity to ski venues ... Belleayre Mountain (10 minutes), Ski Plattekill, and Wyndham (Winter Skiing/Summer Concerts/Events). There are also three golf courses within 15 minutes.
