"This is a cute house in a less than ideal neighborhood. It was an especially hot week when I visited, and the AC had difficulty keeping up. It was frequently 75-77 when I got home from working at the hospital. Otherwise a great experience. The host was very helpful."

"We stayed here with our family to celebrate a late Christmas. There was a slight hiccup on check-in, but Amber was responsive, and the issue was resolved quickly.The layout of the house is nice. The house contained all the cookware/dishes we needed to cook every meal at the house. House is on a busy road, but only front bedroom was affected by noise and traffic. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Scott’s property! Upon arriving the home was absolutely striking and huge! It was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. The home is true to the pictures and is like stepping back in time and has such an interesting history captured in a book Scott provided along with pictures. "Second year that we stayed in a Vrbo in Fort Smith. Found out the hard way that there isn’t a standard for amenities in Vrbo homes. This rental didn’t really give us a feeling of being in a home. No art or decorations on the walls no live plants. Bare bones kitchen items. No dish towels or dish rags. Minimal pots and pans, cups and glasses and bowls. Sofas in the living room were nice and soft. Bedrooms were very basic, bed nightstand dresser and Tv. Minimal clothes hangers in closets....
