"We were all set to arrive in Casa Grande and stay at this property. Check-in was 4:00 PM. The owner cancelled at 5:00 PM after I requested them to send me our check-in information that we had not received. We had to scramble to find a last minute hotel room when traveling with small children and three adults. Ended up getting a hotel that cost almost twice the initial reservation cost and VRBO would not assist in any additional reimbursement."

"Christina, was a great host. She accommodated our requests that increased our enjoyment and the relaxing nature of our visit. My son loved riding the bike, at the rental, back and forth to our family who lived in the area. Christina provided a bike pump and helmets so we could choose which bikes would work best. "I appreciate that the owner responded immediately when I sent him a message The property was very nice inside very tidy nice clean towels in all the rooms. Nice clean kitchen. Everything there that we needed for the weekend. The only issue is that, where the TV is at there was a lot of dust on the wooden TV stand where the stereo is at Also, the shower curtain in the bathrooms were not very clean in the inside of the shower curtain"

"I stayed at the house April10-16, 2024. I gave the house 4.8 stars and not a full 5 stars only due to some cosmetic issues. The owners were super great to work with and promptly answered any questions. The house was very neat and clean, well maintained indoors and well stocked with kitchen utensils, although a toaster would have been great. The bathroom supplies were well stocked. "My family and I stayed for 4 nights here and it was perfect for us. They had plenty of pillows on each bed and the beds slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and cookware that we needed. The internet and Roku worked great as well. Most importantly, the home was very clean and maintained. We couldn’t sit outside in the backyard because everything was dusty and the birds had left a lot behind but it looked nice otherwise. We would definitely choose to stay here again."

No heated pool as listed. Pool handle bar very rusted and is the water at all times. BBQ filthy dirty and needs propane"

The unit was not the number we were given and we finally found a map near the community building. The surrounding neighborhood is very questionable. The outside seating area had not been cleaned a there was old coffee cups let out there from previous renters.
