"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "This property below the Clock Tower was an amazing place to stay. Communication with the owner was stellar with prompt and very clear directions. We were toured throughout the house and then personally guided to the beach- which was fantastic because I don’t know if we would have found it otherwise through all the winding paths! "Agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec sa vue magnifique, très bien équipé avec tous les équipements nécessaires ! Propriétaire très aimable même si difficultés de contacts à cause de la langue (nous ne parlons que quelques d'anglais), plus facile avec la propriétaire qui parle quelques mots d'anglais, nous avions apporté des macarons de notre région et avons reçu en retour une bonne bouteille de Néméa ! "Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. I would suggest beach towels. But overall very nice location."

"Nikolas was very kind to us! We werw very late because pur luggage was no there at the airport in Athens. Nervertheless we had a great welcome by Nikolas. We enjoyed our stay, nade visits to Mykene, Epidauros and so on. But we also visited the town enjoyed the markets. the resttaurants and even the beach. On the other hand we hat beautiful evenings in the house, we were able to prepare beautiful meals in the fully eqipped kitchen. Thank You Nikolas"

"We loved the location of the apartment (but be aware there are steps to climb; however, this is one of reasons for the beautiful view!). The apartment is charming and well-appointed with a nice kitchen that covered all our needs. The owner was polite and responsive to our texts from the moment we made the booking until the end of our stay. Everything to see and experience in Nafplio is a short walk from this sweet spot. We were so happy with our booking and had a lovely stay!"

"Definetely make sure that you book one of the upper rooms, not the ones that are on the base level next to rececption. They have no balkony, no view, only a small window and are very dark inside. The upper rooms have a nice view, are brighter, private balcony and they are a bit better equiped. The woman that is at the reception most of the time does not speak any english, which made communication difficult at some time, because she had to phone her husband. Apart from that i had a nice stay."
