Argaka Sunset Villa is located in Argaka, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 8 people (6 Adults and 2 Children) with 3 Bedrooms and
4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South Facing) with barbecue and
Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach.
Layout

Argaka Sunset is a two-storey villa. Outside there is a private pool,
wooden gazebo, a large sheltered patio for outdoor dining, and a
carport. The ground floor of the villa is open-plan and charmingly
decorated, comprising dining/living areas and kitchen. There is a
shared bathroom down a very short flight of stairs. On the first floor
are three bedrooms (Bedroom 1: double bed with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: bunk beds with a single 'futon' style bed. Bedroom 3: double
bed with single 'futon' style bed. Note: Bunk beds and Futon beds are
only suitable for children.)

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace
with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
