Charming Cottage with Shared Pool, Garden, and Nordic Bath in Bourbonnaise Mountains

Looking for a getaway and a chance to explore? Treat yourself to a break in the heart of the Bourbonnaise Mountains. Christine and Pascal will be delighted to welcome you to their independent cottage with a shared pool! This cottage, attached to the main house, is the former caretaker's cottage and ideal for 6 people. It also has two extra beds: a wrought iron single bed and a cabin-style bed for a child (maximum 145cm).
On the ground floor: a charming bedroom (bookable in summer only) with a stone wall, a 140x190 bed, a hammock chair, and direct access to the pool. A bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. A living/dining room overlooking the park. A kitchen opens onto your private terrace surrounded by centuries-old trees. Available amenities include armchairs, a barbecue, a fire pit, a hammock, and a gazebo with benches ideal for reading, meditation, and more under the trees. The enclosed grounds connect to the estate's park. Upstairs, via the slightly steep staircase, there is a walk-through bedroom with a 160x200cm trundle bed and a cabin bed. A second, bohemian-style bedroom, accessible from the first bedroom, has a 180x200cm bed and a single wrought iron bed. A Nordic hot tub is available (€20/hour for 6 people). The pool, shared with the owners, is open from May 1st to September 30th. A gym with some equipment is available. This location is ideal for hiking (the GR3 trail runs alongside the house), road biking, and mountain biking. Other activities include: treetop adventure park in Saint Clément with a lake, the PAL (45 minutes away), the town of Vichy (30 minutes away), and the Billy Fortress.

Gîte highlights: Sheets included and beds made upon arrival. Towels provided.

Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.
