"Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo "

"Stefano was so accommodating. Our train got in earlier than the check in time but he arranged for us to drop our bags and get the keys so we weren’t stuck with our luggage.The location is perfect. It's so close to everything and still quiet. The beds are comfortable. Our group- two couples- loved the living room space to hang out after wandering Rome all day. The bathroom with tub/sprayer only was a little awkward, but everything else was perfect. "

"I can’t even discribe how perfect our experience at the Spanish Steps was. From our initial contact with Gino the host, his communication was quick and very helpful. The apartment is exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was very comfortable and it is in a perfect location for seeing all the sights. Very walkable, safe, and close to excellent restaurants. Gino was able to recommend a wonderful restaurant for our first night after our long over night flight...

"We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet...

"Esse loft é uma delícia! A decoração é muito autêntica e o prédio onde está faz a gente se sentir residente de Roma. Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, nada nos faltou. Tivemos um problema com a água quente durante a estadia que acabou atrapalhando nossos planos pois nos atrasamos para sair e a pressão da água era bem fraca. Mas fora isso correu tudo bem e Silvia nos atendeu muito bem."

"Kitchen could’ve stepped up their game with nicer wine glasses / beer mugs, just a better way to enjoy a drink. You are in Italy who are we kidding your not cooking so the rest to me wasn’t important. Great location..key! The apartment is old but charming..would definitely stay there again!"
