"The property was great and as advertised. There were plenty of essentials and a great outdoor entertaining area. The canal made for a short boat ride into Charlotte Harbor and room for my 19’ bay boat. The owner was very kind and responsive with any questions or concerns. "

"The host was awesome. Very proud of this young lady. She knows how to do this. The house was clean. The furniture was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. If I had a problem she was there within minutes to take care of it. Best verbal I’ve had in a long time"

"I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!"

"A brilliant stay, information was shared by the team before we arrived. Upon arrival we was greeted with a message and that would could contact them anytime. Good information book also provided. The villa was very good and had all the amenities that we needed. Spent many hours around pool and plenty of hours fishing under the tiki. Waking up in morning looking straight out onto pool. Friendly neighbours even give me good advice on fishing. Nice quiet street too. Thankyou to Janice and the team...
