"Could not have asked for a lovelier stay! The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Also had such a cosy feel. There is lots to do round about and there is a bus that comes once an hour right at the door so we didn’t feel restricted without a car! If you want a cosy stay would 100% recommend! We are already discussing coming back :)"

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We spent the New Year on Bute and the was in the perfect location not only for its views over the Firth, but also for exploring the rest of the island. It did feel a little chilly on arrival, but with the clear instructions we were soon able to get it feeling nice and warm. "We arrived to the property and received a warm welcome with lots of thoughtful extras. The property is immaculately presented and full of homely touches which make it a real pleasure to stay in. The location of the property was ideal for our day trips exploring the local area. We had beautiful weather throughout our stay too which just enhanced our break. "I stayed in the Rosslea as I was attending a business meeting the next day. Firstly I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues could be an issue. The room itself was adequate but would benefit from a revamp. The tv was ancient but perfectly useable. The bed was 2 pushed together so was a little strange when sleeping. The breakfast was really good and was included with the stay. Overall I had a pleasant stay."
