"Very pleased with property. 2 adults and 2 teens. Clean. Nice setup with numerous cottages. Easy access to laundry in main house, with 2 washers and 3 dryers. Nice sunset view from chairs on the dock. Good location for Sleeping Bear dune, Cherry Bowl drive in. Explored nearby towns of Beulah and Frankfort, with cute shops. Wasn't warm enough to use SUP and kayaks but they looked nice. Would stay here again. "

"An absolutely amazing view awaits you here! So pretty and quiet and peaceful. House is extremely old and has character, but needs a little work. Very comfortable temperature, didn’t use the a/c. Excited to hear it had a Temperpedic mattress, but it was only full size."

"This was a great house. Very clean and comfy. It’s close to all the beaches and towns. The only issue we had was the management never returning our messages in regards to an ant infestation in the kitchen. It was bad enough that we had to go out and buy traps, but they really didn’t help."

"This house is the perfect place for a little getaway in Frankfort! We stayed for four nights with my husband, two children, and in-laws and had plenty of space to move around and sleep. The house is located a few blocks from downtown, making it ideal for visiting the shops, restaurants and beach area.
