"Everything was great, except the kitchen was dirty. We had to wash every single thing we used before we felt safe to eat off of it. Other than that, it was a great place. Master bed was fantastic!"

"Had an amazing time exploring Pagosa Springs. This house was perfect for 4 of us with a great dining room table for meals and games. We could walk to a few restaurants and the golf course. Saw a fox on an evening walk! Great location-10 minutes from downtown and the hot springs. "

"Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available."

"The home was beautiful, the deck well maintained and the hottub very clean! Just FYI that the "neighborhood" seemed a little like a junkyard - but this cabin is a gem once you get through that. Communication is not the typical way throught the VRBO app, but the assigned representative was communicative."

"My family enjoyed the wonderful kitchen for meals when we were not eating out, primarily breakfast. The hot tub was amazing for stargazing and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There are stairs so if someone in your party can not climb much, this may not be the house for you as the kitchen and living room is on the second (or main) floor. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Being by the water and having access to go out on it were great! The kitchen was missing a few items, sponge, better fry pans and cinnamon spice but other than that, it was a very nice place! We loved it! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house! It's cozy, loved the hottub and grills on the back porch! The fenced in back yard was great for our toddler to run around in! My only complaint is that there was dog hair on stairs and was sticking to the kids pants since he crawls/runs around! It is a pet friendly house but expected it to be vacuumed before arrival "

"This was the perfect property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with friends. The kitchen was well equipped to handle dinners for our crowd. The living room was spacious and the deck was perfect for enjoying happy hour. The location was quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed watching the deer wander through the property. Communications with property management were good. It was a great stay!"

"The house had a beautiful view, amazing hot tub, and everything was impeccably clean and laid out perfectly. It has central air which was nice during July! There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. We had teens all the way to grandparents staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood. The air hockey table was a big bonus! The property manager was just a quick text away and very responsive. We had a wonderful time!"

"The cabin was very clean and cozy. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Had a couple of rainy days so spent a lot of time in the cabin and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Y'all check it out."
