Aracalm beach house in Arakoon with pool. A hidden gem. Comfy 3 bedroom house sleeps 6. 500 meters to 2 amazing beaches. 5mins drive to town. Great cafes. Comfy beds & sheets & towels are included . Wi-fi is provided. Ducted air-conditioning in all rooms & all bedrooms. secure yard for your children or fur babies. dog friendly inside. Please bring your own dog bedding. Not on furniture or beds please 😊 great deck at rear to relax & enjoy your break. easy access to beach, bay & rock fishing. River fishing 15mins drive away. National park bush walking right at front door. Walk to headland & watch the whales passing or dolphins playing. A truely magical spot.

Great location and great family house
House was perfect for what we needed and close to walking trails and the beach. The only negative was the initial damp smell in the property as we came in but once we opened up windows and external doors it very quickly improved

Awesome damily getaway
Great property in a beautiful location. Comfy beds and lots of room for eveyone. We loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon. Lots of shady trees make for great sleep-ins. Many home comforts included, the host has thought of everything for people and the pooches. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you!

Great pet friendly house
The house is perfect for family and friends to relax in like its your own home. Even better that it is pet friendly. It has a big back deck with ceiling fan and excellent bbq over looking the pool, yard & neighbors yards. All filled with beautiful big trees. Beds were comfy. Pool was lovely and clean and lawn freshly mowed. Pool steps are very very slippy so be careful getting in and out. The yard is a good size for kids and pets to play in. The only negative was the house had a damp/moldy smell on arrival but was ok once opened up. Its in a good location, very quiet area except for a bit of road noise and with lots of trees & birds, close to beaches, easy walk to SWR & Gaol. Heather is a great host 10 out of 10 and gave us and early check in and late checkout which is always appreciated.

Fabulous house and location
From the moment we arrived with the nice touch of champagne and a personalised card to the cleanliness of the house and yard was spot on. House was large and spacious, with some nice touches throughout the house. Dogs loved the large yard and kids never got out of the swimming pool. Overall great location and residence made for a grrat relaxing week and would recommend this property to anyone.

Aracalm experience
Wonderful house for a holiday, everything you need is available and all in working order. Great for our puppy, lovely fenced yard and beautiful outlook. We made use of the pool and outdoor deck, had an amazing relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Great Property and Location
My family had a great time at this property. It had the space we need with 4 kids and the provided amenities are great. We really made use of the deck for meals and relaxing and the kids had a blast in the pool. Great location, short drive to beaches and national park. Heather was wonderful to deal with. We will definitely stay again.

It's All Here!
Heather was a lovely host with fast and informative communication. The house was as shown on the internet and the pool was such a wonderful addition, especially after or before our day's adventures. Everything you need for a relaxing, happy holiday was found here. We were so lucky with the weather..blue skies and warm waters in the ocean and in the pool. My 2 dogs loved the place and there was also a pooper scooper there which made things easier. My only concern, which Heather couldn't do anything about, was that the red bin is only collected every 2 weeks so it was full when we arrived and we had to find other legal places to dump our rubbish. You would think the council would make special concessions for B&B businesses.

A beautiful home
Stayed for 2 nights with my adult children. The house is lovely and had everything you need. There were extra bath towels, the beds were comfortable and so was the lounge. The deck and pool were great. We didn’t bring our pet this time but I loved that it is a pet friendly house and the yard is big although if you have a smaller adventurous dog like our dachshund they may find some gaps in the fence which is not a reflection on the owners or the yard. My only concern with the house was that we had to wash the dishes and glasses before we could use them but again this is more likely to do with the previous guests and not the owners. I loved this house and would highly recommend a stay there and I would definitely stay again.

Really good value, pool is great for a family stay.
Location of Aracalm is terrific. The layout of the house was perfect for 6 adults, plenty of comfortable chairs and lounges. Heather is a particularly helpful host.

Relaxing-rear verandah is great. Comfortable lounges inside. Main complaint relates to difficult controls on stove hot plates. Signage was worn off! Beds very comfortable. Would stay again

STOP OVER
ARACALM is a charming cottage which is very clean and Heather is a wonderful host. Unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to use the pool or patio however our Sheltie certainly enjoyed exploring the large fenced yard. However we can't recommend this house for people with mobility problems due to the internal stairs.

Beach house in a bush setting
This was a last minute booking for us as our camping plans were affected by rain. Heather was accomodating and didn't seem affected by our late reservation. The house was very clean which I was surprised by considering this is a dog friendly property. It was great to see a well stocked corner of dog bowls and toys even though we didn't have our dog with us. We also had a look at the selection of games as our plans for beach swimming wasn't meant to be but we absolutely love trial bay beach for our kids as it's so calm. Great location and we had a nice time.

A beautifully appointed home in the middle of nature
Beautifully-maintained property with every possible amenity to make a beachside and bushside stay enjoyable. Securely-fenced large yard for our big dog, shady deck with comfy chairs and serene outlook, kookaburras laughing away in the trees, magazines and books to read, big tv with streaming service and lots of room in the house for the family to spread out. Heather was a great host, with helpful, timely communication with us. The welcome basket was a very nice touch! We will stay here again as it ticks all the boxes for us in terms of proximity to walk to national park bush walks, walk to beach, quick drive to SW Rocks to grab dinner, and far enough away from the too-busy holiday accommodation to feel miles away from care.

Doggy Paradise
A great location 10 minute walk to Arakoon Beach. Well fenced so our 2 yo dogs could not escape even with some digging. Perfect yard for them to zoom in. For the hoomans: the best appointed kitchen we have ever stayed in. No need to buy anything. Lovely deck to birdwatching from too. Heather an excellent host. We will go again.

Sanctuary. This was an excellent place for our short stay. Comfortable, well appointed and easy.

Gorgeous, large family home
We so enjoyed our stay at Heathers property, as did our pup! We arrived to a bottle of cold champagne, chocolates and even a bag of natural doggy treats!! The place is beautiful, huge secured backyard that was perfect for our pooch, and the kitchen and lounge room were gorgeous! We will absolutely be staying there again! Thanks heather!
