"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return!"

"We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. "

"Just stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding weekend and our experience was amazing! Seamless check in! The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us. Located central to everything we were able to walk everywhere and avoid Ubers. It was an a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was perfect for us! We visited with my family (2 adults, 1 child) and my senior parents. Easy walking to downtown and to the mansions, plenty of space. We appreciated the parking availability in the back. This place has 2 levels and 3.5 bathrooms - plenty of room to sleep all of us (my daughter slept just fine on the pull-out sofa bed). Super clean, big, modern bathrooms, great communication. We love Newport and would definitely stay here again. I will warn that the street noise...

"Last minute getaway with my son. The condo was perfect for us. The location was fantastic. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, roomy, and quiet. Floor fans and white noise machine in the bedrooms were nice touch. Everything looked exactly as the photos shown. Parking was easy and most places are a walkable distance. Highly recommend."
