"We had an excellent stay in this very nice room, the communal kitchen and dining area were fun to cook and eat in. The other guests were friendly and the house was quite despite being less than a block from the center of everything. Thank you for such comfortable accommodations. "

"We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a wedding. Loved that all the rooms have king beds. It made it easy and comfortable for everyone! The place is well decorated and updated. We would definitely stay again when we are in town."

"This property has a great location in the heart of Newport. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops and the Wharfs. Having a parking space was also key since parking in the City can be pricey. The layout of the home is a little bit funky with the kitchen, dining room and TV viewing area being located on the top floor, but the 3 bedrooms all with king beds and each with its own bathroom is huge. The property managers were fantastic and really responsive. We would definitely stay here...

"The house was in a great location and had ample parking. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would definitely ask to stay again. My favorite spot was the back deck. It has a beautiful back yard! Some things worth mentioning: it needs pots and pans as it had very few. The bath towels are microfiber so they rolled and stuck to you so we used our beach towels. There is only 1 tv and it is hard to hear if the window unit air was running. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. I enjoyed my...

"Stayed with my mom and sister for a few days while exploring Newport RI. It was our first time in the area and enjoyed our time there. The area has a lot of history we loved the mansions, sunset schooner tour and even the troley tour was very informative Host was prompt with all replies to any questions we had. "Absolutely absolutely absolutely loved our stay . It was perfect and very convenient to have the two parking spaces, especially when it was the boat show weekend which we were aware of, but just an added bonus. The backyard was stunning and relaxing. The coffee maker Accommodated both pot and Keurig. I So appreciate the attention to detail, and the decor was off the chain."

"This is a great little place to stay in Newport! The room was adequate and comfortable and the bathroom down the hall was decent. Wish there were blackout blinds/curtains in the room as the wharf lights made it very bright at night. The best thing about this property is the location and the kindness of Tara the manager. We would definitely stay here again!"
