"We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! "

"This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. "The location is awesome - about 100 yards from the beach on a quiet, home-lined street. The layout of the house is a little funky; it seems like two homes were combined into one, but it works great for big groups. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with two kitchens and living/dining rooms on the second floor. The game room is accessible from the back of the house, but we didn't use it at all."
